I had the pleasure of working with Susan at Revolution Tea. Our period of common employment was quite dynamic with dramatic changes in the company Supply Chain required by Customers or their agents. Susan proved herself to be particularly adaptable and intuitive in repositioning the important functions of: product setup, inventory management, order processing and overall Customer Service. A significant contributor to that success was Susan’s ability to build consensus with all parties involved in the process and work in a mutually advantageous manner. On a personal note; I found Susan to be a co-worker I thoroughly enjoyed working with. I sincerely believe that to hold true with the rest of our management team.
